AgiLight introduces Endurance Series modules with amazing new warranty

For more than 20 years, AgiLight has engineered, designed and manufactured premium LED modules that redefined what is possible in signage lighting. And we’ve done it again. 

Introducing the Endurance Series from AgiLight. Our 24V PRO Endurance modules let you choose from two or four LEDs, pick the optics you want, select your lumen output and CCT and enjoy efficacy of up to 192 lumens per Watt — all with a new type of warranty that guarantees your signs will still look fantastic in 10 years! 

Endurance Series modules offer tremendous versatility in one family. We’ve taken the best of our engineering from a number of products and put everything together to make a module that will truly stand the test of time. 

Designed with our popular slim form factor, PRO Endurance modules are available in 2-LED and 4-LED overmolded modules rated IP68 for dry, damp or wet locations. 

Choose your optics 

The 2-LED modules come with three optics options: 

• U lenses offer a wide batwing pattern that is great for medium to large channel letters, and shallow box and cabinet signs. 

• P lenses provide a wide batwing pattern with more forward throw, which is fantastic for small to medium channel letters and logos. 

• L lenses use a Lambertian pattern which is ideal for day/night acrylic and perforated materials, channel letters and logos with illuminated returns and deep channel letters and cabinet signs requiring forward light distribution. 

The 4-LED modules feature B lenses with our most powerful wide-angle optics, intended for use in medium to large channel letters, large cabinet and pylon signs, and the largest applications down to 3 in. (75 mm) depths. 

Choose your lumen output 

Our 2-lens models offer lumen outputs of 25, 70, 100 or 150 per module. Our 4-lens models offer a choice of 200 or 300 lumens per module. The entire Endurance Series is available in five standard signage CCTs, ranging from 3000K to 7100K, with 3-step MacAdam ellipse binning that guarantees great color consistency in every string. 

Lumen maintenance guarantee 

The best part? Our new, industry-first warranty. We don’t just promise that our modules will light up after 10 years. On top of our 10-year parts and labor warranty, we offer a 10-year L80 brightness warranty that is unmatched in the industry. Through 60,000 hours – that’s 16 hours a day for 10 years – PRO Endurance modules suffer minimal color shift and light degradation, which means your signs will still look fantastic. 

In addition, our 24V PRO Endurance 2 modules will also be available in five Static Colors. PRO Endurance 2 Color modules will feature the U lens with a wide batwing optic for versatility.
