The 200-year-old Peace Bell was a gift from the Japanese Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta to former President Jimmy Carter. A symbol of international friendship, the bell is displayed in a replica cypress tower at The Carter Center in Atlanta, Ga. The tower was dedicated in the fall of 2022.
