MoMA

The Museum of Modern Art, commonly referred to as MoMA, is one of the world’s preeminent art institutions. Located in midtown Manhattan, MoMA features brilliant modern masterpieces and hosts a variety of high-end events. MoMA enlisted CS Lighting to illuminate the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden and the Marron Atrium for their annual gala. These amazing settings provided the perfect backdrop for a variety of truly artistic custom fixtures from Acolyte. In the pond, CS Lighting used submersible lighting to reflect off the water. For the dining portion of the evening, they bathed MoMA’s high ceilings with dramatic colored light. To do this, they used our custom SFK fixtures, wall washing products often used for event lighting. The SFK features RGB, warm white and cool white LEDs that output an enormous spectrum of colors, including a wide range of pastels.
