Gubei Garden is a luxury development with high-end villas in downtown Shanghai, China. Its design is a classic combination of old Shanghai villa style with Spanish architecture. In 2009, Gubei Garden achieved a record sale price for the Chinese mainland, a villa selling at $28,000 a square meter. It’s truly an outstanding representation of luxury housing in Shanghai. Recently, one owner wanted to add a new lighting design to his villa and asked the Lighting Images Team to provide a professional lighting study on the residence. The designer chose custom-cut Acolyte Static White RibbonLyte set in AS1 Channels for installation in many areas of the residence to achieve a premium living environment while complementing the design of the home.
