Custom color changing RGB Direct AC RibbonLyte fixtures from Acolyte adorn the long illuminated pedestrian fence on the North Allen Drive overpass above U.S. Route 75 in north central Texas. The Allen Gateway Bridge project was funded through the TxDOT “Green Ribbon” program, which helps reduce air pollution through landscape enhancements. Direct AC RibbonLyte allows for long 120 VAC runs without any external drivers. Almost 900 ft (275 m) of Acolyte’s RGB Direct AC RibbonLyte were specified for the project by Huitt-Zollars through our amazing partners at Hossley Light and Power Solutions. Everything’s bigger in Texas!
